MMA sparring (Tuesday 19:00-20:00)
This class is an opportunity to apply the techniques learnt in class in a controlled manner. The class will normally involve five minute rounds of MMA sparring but may also include sparring from individual aspects of MMA as well as situational sparring.
- Apply techniques learnt in class in a live situation
- Increase fitness
- Gum shield
- Box/cup/groin guard
- 14-16oz gloves
- Hand wraps
- Shin guards
- MMA sparring gloves
- Head guard (not essential)
- Elbow and knee pads (not essential)

Aimed at people with more than 6 months experience and people intending to fight competitively.
